OP, just delete her from your contacts. Don't talk to her unless she initiates conversation. You will gain nothing by continuing to talk to a love interest who has no desire to reciprocate your feelings.
I have a girlfriend now. In fact, I do relatively well with women, though I was once a completely and utterly autistic mess. Here's what you do:
